Beat a Good Day Climbing Nothing is more fun then a good climbing trip. Some great climbing trips have been in terrible weather where the time climbing is negligable compared to the time spent traveling in the car and on the walks in. The trad down in the New River Gorge along with the sport at Summersville Lake make a great trip. The multipitch trad at the Gunks and Seneca is also awsome. The trad climbing at Chickies sucks, in fact Chickies sucks over all. Sport Climbing at the Sex Wall and bouldering at Mount Gretna and Governor Stables are two great local places to climb. |
Wilkes-Barre This semester climbing has taken a back seat to studying. The trips to the Wilkes-Barre Climbing Gym have been few and far between this semester. The climbing outdoors hase even been less this year. I plan on getting out about every weekend this summer and do a couple trips in May and a trip in August. |
